RESPONSIBILITIES

General Responsibilities:

  • Work as an assistant within the Digital Marketing Team
  • Research and recommend optimizations to lead generation processes
  • Maintain and clean up digital assets across multiple platforms

Digital Marketing:

  • Assist in researching and implementing new digital marketing technologies
  • Assist in Marketo program maintenance and quality assurance
  • Quality-check email marketing campaigns and landing pages; i.e. test links, ensure consistent formatting, help carry out an on-time deployment
  • Create baseline emails and landing pages in Marketo from template
  • Adjust HTML and CSS for emails and landing pages

Data & Analytics:

  • Maintaining and updating digital marketing dashboards and sheets
  • Assist in creating reports and communicating information from digital marketing data
  • Assist in quality assurance of lead data and attribution
  • Assist in gathering and maintaining data from internal sources

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS

  • Strong desire to learn, and professional drive
  • Passion for digital marketing, marketing operations and data attribution
  • Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of different lead generation practices and channels
  • Strong grammatical and email copywriting skills
  • Experience working with data analytics
  • Detail-oriented – doublechecking all work at all times
  • The ability to multitask efficiently on a daily basis
  • Eager to learn and be proactive with new tasks
  • The ability to conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times
  • The ability to learn new programs and technologies at a fast pace, or through independent research
  • Must have an avid interest in the gaming industry, knowledgeable about studios and platforms, and an overall interest in learning about the gaming industry

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Required:

  • Working knowledge of Google Suite, specifically Data Studio, Slides, Sheets, Docs
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Baseline HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite, specifically Photoshop and InDesign
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Adwords

Preferred but not necessary:

  • Familiarity with Marketo or equivalent marketing automation software preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or equivalent CRM software a plus
  • Experience with Smartsheets or similar a plus
  • Familiarity working with and implementing a variety of SaaS technologies a plus

PROGRAMS & TECHNOLOGIES YOU’LL BE USING

Marketo, Atom, Google Suite: Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Data Studio, Calendar, Dropbox, Confluence, Basecamp, Jira, Google AppMaker. Adobe Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, WittyParrot

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS 

  • Current enrollment in an accredited 4-year university or MBA program
  • Must be able to receive academic credit from their college or university prior to starting an assignment
  • Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s/Master’s program at an accredited college or university
  • Must be at least 18 years or older
  • Must be able to show eligibility to work in the United States
  • Reliable transportation
  • Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks
  • Part-Time attendance 2-3 days per week, Monday through Friday; negotiated shifts between the hours of 10AM-6PM
