WN Talents is seeking an experienced Account Manager for our client, an in-house programmatic platform headquartered in Berlin.
At the company they help apps find new users and reconnect with existing ones using our nifty in-house system. They also make sure they get fair prices and clear data while becoming experts in programmatic advertising with us. As a company they kicked off their journey in February 2021.
About the Job:
The Account Manager isn’t a backstage role. They’re a face and point of contact for our customers. Your mission will be to provide our clients with the best experience and help them to exceed their campaign goals. You’ll build strong relationships with еру new customers, onboard them, and support them whenever any issues arise. The perfect Account Manager is someone who gets things done, always looks for new opportunities, and enjoys taking the lead. Along with welcoming new customers, you’ll also be taking care of our existing ones and their ongoing campaigns.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Making sure your monthly KPIs are being achieved.
Assuring CRR stays high.
Using our CRM, Asana, PandaDoc and other tools every day.
Calculating Media Plans and budgets.
Onboarding new clients.
Collaborating with clients to develop effective advertising strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Partnering with Business Development Managers, Sales Ops, and Media Buyers to help our clients succeed.
Generating and presenting reports to clients, highlighting campaign performance and recommendations.
Confirming clients’ budgets, invoicing and tracking payments.
About You:
You’ve got at least 2 years of experience in programmatic/mobile app advertising.
You’ve got at least 2 years of experience working as an Account Manager/ Client Success Manager or similar role.
You understand the world of Adtech, Programmatic, DSP, SSP and Ad Networks.
You know your way around ad serving, campaign management, and the mobile marketing landscape.
You’re comfortable with performance goals and KPIs
You’re a great communicator in English. Knowing a second language (especially German) is a bonus.
You’ve worked in a startup environment before.
You’re based in Berlin, or ready to relocate.
You’re adaptable, curious, positive, and selfefficient.
Strong team player, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and success.
