TASKS
Development Coordination
Based on the project objectives defined by the producer, define the delivery dates and the content of each deliverable according to the available resources and their capacity. Make sure they are both achievable and ambitious.
Perform regular and in-depth follow-ups on the state of development. Ensure effective communication between all departments involved in development (BI, Marketing, OSuite, QA, etc.). Identify and eliminate blockers.
Establish and orchestrate a review process to ensure that the team achieves these goals in time and quality. Constantly ensure that the deliverables meet very high quality standards.
Ensure that the first-party storefront is updated on time (build uploaded and available, IAP pricing/desc, “what’s new”, marketing image, etc.).
Project Coordination
Identify the needs of the team at the resource/capacity level and bring solutions to the producer. Participate in the hiring and interview process.
Manage relationships with our outsourcers (e.g. Pixel Audio). Communicate our needs, write the contracts, and seek the consent of Legal. Ensure that outsourcers respect their commitment in time and quality.
Ensure proper operation of liveOps. Translate the discussions into achievable and prioritized tasks. Participate in the design and implementation of sales campaigns via DDNA.
Manage and integrate game localization, marketing assets and DDNA campaigns.
Employee Development
In charge of defining the annual objectives of professional/personal development of employees.
Make regular 1:1 with each employee and help them align their performance with their annual goals (reprimands and compliments).
Demonstrate excellent listening and empathy in order to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and objectivity.
Write annual evaluations and schedule individual meetings.
