About you:
- 2+ years experience in creatives production (video, playable ads) for UA needs
- Experience running A/B tests
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to details
- Ability to turn data & insights into performing actions
- Basic UA experience
- Great communication skills, team-player
- Common sense
Responsibilities:
- Build, drive and continuously optimize creative production process
- Develop and test creative concepts across different UA channels
- Measure and report on creative performance
- Keep an eye on industry best practices
- Work closely with marketing/product teams
