Are you an experienced leader with a background in R&D, ready to spearhead innovative projects in a fast-paced environment? At Playkot we are passionate about making games that people all around the world love like SuperCity, Age of Magic, and Spring Valley. Now we are aiming at expanding our portfolio and seeking an experienced and innovative Delivery Director to lead our R&D department. As the Delivery Director, you’ll play a critical role in guiding new projects from initial planning to successful launch. Your strategic mindset, organizational skills, and flair for leading cross-functional teams will be central to the execution of our development roadmap. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the C-level and Producers to drive R&D strategy, from vision to feature roadmap.
  • Work closely with the Chief Delivery Officer to oversee the development of all new game projects.
  • Lead the organizational design, including recruiting, team formation, and motivation.
  • Partner with the Technical Director to choose the appropriate technologies, platforms, and game engines.
  • Implement effective processes and methodologies for quick hypothesis and prototype testing.
  • Conduct quality control, project evaluations, and performance metrics.
  • Oversee the launch of new games, from soft launch to full release.
  • Conduct industry research to identify new opportunities and competitive edges.
  • Build and manage partnerships with other game studios, publishers, and stakeholders.
  • Manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the R&D department.
     

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Delivery director or similar positions.
  • Proven experience in leading R&D teams (with a focus on gaming preferably).
  • Proficient in project and team management.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • A genuine passion for gaming, technology, and innovation
