An international Gamedev startup is looking for a Game Producer to join the team.
Tasks:
Generate ideas and be able to adapt them to the preferences of casual market players;
Long-term and operational planning of project development;
Constantly research the market, trends, and form a vision for further development of projects, improving their quality;
Work with project analytics to improve key metrics.
Requirements:
Experience as a producer or senior/lead game designer for 3+ years, with released projects in portfolio;
Understanding of the current state of the games market;
Experience in working with balance and game mechanics;
Analytical and rational solutions;
Ability to set goals and motivate the team to achieve them.
