Talents in Games is searching for a talented Game Producer for our client based in Germany.
Our client is a development studio and publisher of HTML5 games and mobile apps. Some of their partners they provide with gaming content are Google, TikTok, Microsoft, Amazon, Xiaomi and Huawei. The team consists of young professionals and experts in the gaming industry to push the boundaries of the web-gaming experience.
The Game Producer seeks to create HTML5 games of highest quality standards, based on a creative mindset and the latest market and technology trends. Your main task is to oversee the development of new games for our revolutionary app H5 Games.
The producer will manage our hypercasual and casual game development for both our normal portfolio and our H5 games app.
Team: 8 people working on it in our headquarters and more than 15+ developers outside of the office. There are 50 pepole in the company.
Meetings: Every morning we have a daily call to talk about our progression. We use softwares like Slack, Skype, Jira, Whatsapp for communication.
Your Responsibilities:
- Involved in game development cycle from game idea to final build.
- Communication with development studios all over the world.
- Get results quickly, e.g. through the development of prototypes.
- Take responsibility for budgeting game production projects.
- Set pricing strategy for micro-transactions, monitor in-game economics.
- Organize meetings and create tickets for the product team.
- Have an overall view of current projects and their deadlines.
Your Profile:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Game Producer.
- Shipped or managed at least one successful Casual Game.
- Have strong organizational skills.
- Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.
- You like casual games and gaming apps.
- Bring in your own creativity to work on completely new game ideas.
- Understanding of player behavior and player motivation.
- Advanced understanding in monetization of games, especially in-app purchase.
- Already have professional experience in game production.
- A clear understanding of game technologies.
- You are a team player, but you can also work independently and goal-oriented.
