What You’ll Be Doing:
Act as a strategic partner to the business, providing comprehensive HR guidance and ensuring the smooth delivery of all HR functions across our diverse teams.
Champion and implement innovative programs that elevate our employer brand, cultivate a positive and inclusive company culture, and attract top talent.
Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are legally sound, reflect best practices, and support our organizational values.
Proactively assess employee morale and engagement through various feedback channels, translating insights into actionable strategies for improvement and fostering a high-performance culture.
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to effectively lead their teams and navigate HR-related matters with confidence.
Drive the adoption of HR technology and automation to streamline workflows, enhance data accuracy, and improve the overall efficiency of our HR operations.
Collaborate effectively with our international workforce, understanding their unique needs and ensuring seamless integration within our global framework.
Generate insightful HR analytics and reports, providing data-driven recommendations to inform strategic decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
Orchestrate engaging internal events and initiatives, from team-building activities to development workshops, fostering strong team cohesion and a sense of belonging.
What You’ll Bring:
A solid track record of 5+ years in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity, demonstrating progressive growth and impact.
Proven mastery in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations (including employee relations, performance management), and Learning & Development.
A comprehensive understanding of employment laws and regulatory compliance, ensuring our practices adhere to the highest standards.
Demonstrated success in aligning HR strategies with overarching business objectives, contributing directly to organizational success.
Experience in mentoring and developing HR Business Partners or similar roles, empowering them to excel in their responsibilities.
A strong aptitude for HR analytics, with the ability to interpret data and leverage it to drive informed decisions, as well as a passion for process automation.
Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to build strong relationships and influence effectively across all levels of the organization.
Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in additional languages will be considered a valuable asset in our multicultural environment.
The ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and evolving environment, demonstrating strong organizational and prioritization skills.
