What to do:
Define and be accountable for marketing strategy with multi channels, including UA, AD, PR, ASO, collaborations and offline events;
Stay current on the user acquisition landscape, growth trends, best practices, and competitor strategies to develop new ideas and initiatives for growth;
Propose and lead growth initiatives in the areas of re-engagement and re-activation;
Understanding of how to measure the effect from different advertisements—ROI, retention;
Own all reporting and analytics related to marketing and provide insights to improve the acquisition funnel and customer quality;
Work closely with game development teams on advocating the marketing vision, product positioning and share market insights;
Analytics experience, including audience segmentation, then applying the results into real marketing experience;
Work with external partners and agencies on diverse marketing campaigns and analytics;
Brand development;
Manage the team: UA, AD, ASO, Brand.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in similar position in mobile marketing
Solid understanding of digital advertising platforms and related metrics;
Solid analytical skills with the ability to apply business strategy to data analysis and recommendations;
Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously;
Experience in budgeting and financial estimations;
Holding a team player mentality to collaborate and interface with a wide range of partners both internally and externally;
Success in developing and mentoring a world-class performance marketing team;
Fluent English.
Will be a plus:
Experience in Gamedev;
Knowledge of Python and Tableau.
