WN Talents is in search of Investment Portfolio Manager for the client. 

Our Client is Global is an international holding specializing in the development and implementation of advanced technologies, B2B solutions and innovative products for the iGaming industry.
The holding is represented in seven countries (Cyprus, Ukraine, Poland, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Peru, Malta). The headquarters of the holding is located in Cyprus. 

Requirements:
– At least 5 years of experience in investments, M&A, or nancial analysis, with signicant exposure
in the iGaming sector (slots, crash games, live games, betting, skill games, gaming operators etc);
– Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to conduct comprehensive 360° project audits;
– Deep understanding of key business metrics and success factors in slot/crash game
development/business;
– Advanced knowledge of regulatory requirements and certication processes in key gaming
markets;
– Experience in analyzing game products’ market performance and commercial potential;
– Demonstrated ability to work effectively within established strategic frameworks;
– Strong forecasting and predictive analysis capabilities;
– Experience in managing processes and projects, including coordinating M&A deals and fundraising
initiatives;
– Previous experience with iGaming VC’s/Publishers and Incubators will be a plus;
– Advanced prociency in document management and preparation of nancial models for evaluating
investment opportunities;
– Experience in planning and risk management (including experience in AML policy, compliance and
high-volume market risks);
– Exceptional communication skills with emphasis on transparency and clarity;
– Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term business relationships;
– Strong presentation skills;
– High level of responsibility and results-oriented mindset;
– Ability to work effectively in a team and manage projects.

Responsibilities:
– Conducting comprehensive 360° audits of potential investment projects;
– Validation and evaluation of incoming applications in the investment fund related to casino games
(slots, crash games, live games, betting, skill games, etc.);
– Evaluation of game content competitiveness and monetization potential;
– Assessment of IP rights and potential market/regulatory risks;
– Evaluation of game portfolio performance and development pipeline;
– Control, management, and development of invested teams;
– Weeklymonthly reporting on the product portfolio with quantiable metrics;
– Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the iGaming industry;
– Providing data-driven forecasts and recommendations for portfolio development;
– Ensuring alignment with company’s strategic vision and processes;
– Searching for new opportunities to develop the portfolio;
– Collaborating with the marketing and PR team to promote the fund’s initiatives;
– Supporting market entry strategy and business development of portfolio companies.
