Title: Live Ops Manager
Reports to: Product Manager
Responsibilities:
- Own the Live Operation’s planning, clearly defining and setting up the in-game actions and promotions through the Square Enix Tools.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager and other game stakeholders to define the promotions and event strategy during the game life cycle.
- Implement marketing campaigns, in-game events and A/B testing. Troubleshoot with quality assurance team on any errors.
- Work with the brand marketing team and artists on asset creation, coordinate their localization and optimize their in-game display
- Help with performance Analysis, report
- Benchmark and analyze Live ops best practices in the industry
- Generate automated reports on business performance and production status.
- Seek to improve existing Live Ops processes.
Profile:
Experiences and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing or business preferred
- 3 years of project/production management or marketing coordination in video games
- Ideally an experience in live operations processes
- Fluent in English and ideally, bilingual (French)
- Experience with DeltaDNA, swrve and Loocker, an asset
- Be a Mobile gamer.

- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to a wide group of different audience.
- Excellent ability of organization and planning
- Meticulous in detail to ensure execution quality.
- Able to work on multiple tasks;
- Able to collaborate with other departments (design, art, animation, narrative, programming, management, etc.);
- Be at ease in a team driven by constant improvements;
- Capable of quick-learning and clear communication of what was learned;
- Maturity to give and receive constructive feedback.
