Belka Games is looking for a narrative designer to create unique worlds, characters, and stories! Our games and their millions of players await you!

Tasks:

  • Creating games’ entire narratives: thinking through the visual, pitch, presentation, lore, characters, and all other possible game aspects
  • Writing and editing scripts
  • Maintaining consistency between the games’ stories and their mechanics
  • Communicating the vision to colleagues—with the ability and desire to reach a compromise
  • Searching, tracking, and implementing the best solutions in the gaming industry

Requirements:

  • Understanding of the mobile gaming market
  • Experience playing story-based games
  • Ability to write for the target audience
  • Knowledge of industry trends in interactive storytelling
  • Professional empathy
  • Successful work experience in narrative design
  • Ability to work in a team with LD and GD. Base-level understanding of how they work
  • Proficiency in the Russian language
  • Knowledge of English at an intermediate level or higher
  • Strong communication skills
