An international Gamedev startup is looking for a Head of Ad Monetization to join the team.
We expect:
Relevant experience in gamedev for 2+ years;
Experience with advertising monetization on the product side (working with placements and ad types);
Experience of leading line specialists in monetization
What to do:
Create a system for evaluating the effectiveness of advertising monetization;
Create an algorithm for optimizing waterfalls and adjusting it to the specifics of different GEO;
Develop the product side of advertising monetization;
Mentor and lead our ad monetization team;
Developing relationships with partners.
