Playkot is a growing international game development company. We have been developing and publishing games for 15 years. Our headquarters are in Cyprus, the second largest office is in Serbia and we have a distributed team from 25 countries.

Age of Magic in numbers is 6 years of operation and 20 million players worldwide. Behind these numbers is a mid-core fantasy battler with a complex economy and a well-developed universe, with a huge number of plot lines and game modes.

We are looking for a Producer who can identify strategic growth points for the project and double its profit.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Double the project’s cohort profit.
  • Product lifecycle management from planning to implementation.
  • Management and development of a product team of 70+ people.
  • Maintaining the standards of product work: formulating hypotheses, A/B testing, analyzing metrics and making decisions based on data.
  • Participation in scaling traffic procurement.

Our future colleague

  • Has experience working in a successful and/or growing product (at least 500k$ revenue per month).
  • Is able to see product growth points through data, formulate hypotheses and understand how they can be tested.
  • Is able to identify key levers of influence on the product over a long horizon. Can build a chain of actions from goals, correlates actions and expected results in the future.
  • Managed teams of 40 people or more. Knows how to work from goals and motivate and organize the work of the team.
  • Speaks russian fluently.
