WN Talents is looking for  a Senior Game Balance Designer for a partner company on a new mobile mid-core project.
 
Our client is a mobile game development company established in 2018 which is proud of its diverse and talented team and partners working in the UK, Cyprus, the Netherlands and other regions of the world.

 They are seeking an experienced Game Designer to help company create unique and engaging games for players worldwide. Are you eager to work on captivating mobile games and apply your expertise to large and complex projects?

Do you enjoy calculating and fine-tuning complex game balance systems? If you have a passion for numbers, spreadsheets, and probability theory, the company are looking for you! 

What is essential:

  • Experience in calculating and establishing game balance
  • Experience with game configurations and/or admin panels
  • Relevant work experience in the gaming industry for at least 2 years
  • Experience in commercial mobile game development
  • Ability to create game design documentation
  • Proficiency in articulating thoughts clearly in both spoken and written form
  • High level of gameplay experience in genres such as MOBA, 4X strategy, and MMO RPG
  • Experience working on isometric games
  • Miro Proficiency
  • Examples of documentation formatting
  • Ability to work with Google Sheets

Nice to have:

  • Examples of tables with game balance calculations
  • Ability to describe the most complex mechanic for which balance calculations were performed and to explain the specific challenges involved
