We need a passionate expert with lots of experience in casual game design to work on Clockmaker
TASKS:
- Managing the mechanics and game content development in accordance with the general concept of the game
- Being responsible for results
- Development and improvement of the project’s metagame based on statistics gathered and analysis thereof
- Developing and improving the in-game economy and monetization
- Calculating balance sheet and analyzing game statistics
- Creating and controlling the GDD
- Close interaction with the project team
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience working on match-3 projects or games for casual players
- Experience as a game designer for 2+ years
- Good understanding of the game market in the casual games and online casino segment
- Portfolio of launched projects and experience working on them as a game designer
- Experience creating and maintaining game documentation: concept documents, game design documents
- Ability to work with analytical systems, understanding of product metrics, and ability to draw conclusions based on data received
- Ability to clearly set goals and focus on results of work
- Proactive and energetic
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Interest in developing games for mobile platforms
- Knowledge of English at an intermediate level and above
- Ability to work in a team
