WN Talents is looking for a Senior Game Designer (Meta) for a partner company on a new mobile mid-core project.
Our client is a mobile game development company established in 2018 which is proud of its diverse and talented team and partners working in the UK, Cyprus, the Netherlands and other regions of the world.
What is essential:
At least 3 years of commercial experience working on mid-core projects;
Experience in creating game loops in the meta for mobile mid-core projects;
Examples of implemented mechanics that create mid-term and long-term goals for the player;
Provided and implemented examples of project edits that increased project metrics;
Experience with game configs and/or admin panels;
Ability to document game design concepts clearly;
High level of gameplay experience in genres such as MOBA, 4X strategy, and MMO RPG;
Ability to work with online whiteboards, such as Miro;
Proficient in using Google Sheets.
Nice to have:
Experience in LiveOps;
Experience with monetization in mid-core projects;
Ability to create mockups and oversee interface implementation.
