Our ambitious new goal is to become one of the top five games in the genre, and we’re seeking an experienced Product Analyst to help us reach this milestone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze player interaction data and identify unusual behavior patterns.
  • Evaluate the performance of game features and provide actionable insights.
  • Support hypothesis development and goal setting for A/B testing scenarios.
  • Design frameworks for metrics and dashboards to facilitate easy analysis and visualization.
  • Predict trends in player retention and key product metrics to influence product development.
  • Take ownership of game feature evaluations, including managing the A/B testing framework.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2C or gaming product analytics.
  • Expertise in conducting various A/B tests and applying alternative evaluation methods for product changes.
  • Strong skills in hypothesis generation, formulation, and execution.
  • High level of team and product immersion, with the ability and willingness to work closely with the product team.
  • Fluent Russian.

Skills and Tools

  • Proficiency in SQL, Python (pandas, scipy), Tableau, and Git.
  • Strong analytical reporting and data visualization skills.
  • Knowledge of mathematical statistics.
  • Experience with databases, data warehousing, and information systems.
  • Skills in developing mathematical/simulation models are a plus.
