Talents in Games agency is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager (new business) with exceptional written and spoken English skills to identify prospects and new businesses primarily in the European and US markets for an in-house mobile programmatic DSP with full transparency powered by AI.

We’ve launched our first customer in Feb 2021 and it took us 1.5 years to become sustainably profitable. Currently, we have over 35 active customers in our portfolio and extending our Berlin team to fuel that growth.
We are expanding our presence in Europe and the USA, increasing sales, so we are looking for talented employees who offer working mobile advertising technologies as a market.

About the team:
Currently, the team consists of three sales managers: one in Moscow, two in Berlin, and one in India.
We plan to hire two new specialists in mid-to-senior level positions.

Our in-house DSP provides clients with a transparent approach to niches, strategies, and pricing. Our competitors include indirect advertising grids.
Place and type of work:
The work can be done remotely or through a hybrid model, working from an office in Berlin. We are planning to open a new office at Zoologischer Garten, most likely at WeWork.
What will you do:
In the role of Business Development Manager, you are responsible for identifying prospects and closing new businesses mostly in the European market. The main goal is to establish strong relationships with future customers and provide key insights on how our platform can solve customers’ problems.
You are a self-starter with a “get things done” mentality. Always searching for new leads, focusing on improving the process, or doing research and learning to constantly keep growing. Besides growing the company with new customers, you will also build, manage and grow customer relationships, and get familiar with all peculiarities of a mobile performance market.
Salary range:
We offer a fixed salary along with a percentage of sales (percentage of revenue) that is unlimited. We offer fair and above-market rates and are willing to discuss your salary expectations based on your professional expertise.

The company is expanding its presence in Europe and the USA, increasing sales, and is therefore seeking talented individuals who understand the mobile advertising technology market.
A business development manager works with outbound leads, is responsible for customer relations up until the contract is signed, after which the account and media buyer take over the relationship with the client.
The business development manager will handle approximately 50 leads per month, which may vary depending on the number of conferences and lead generation channels. The average sales cycle is between 1-3 months, with an average sale of $10K in the first month, increasing to $30-100K when scaling up. The company uses a third-party service to provide potential client lists within the necessary category.
