We are looking for an ambitious Sales specialist with English writing and speaking proficiency for identifying prospects and new businesses mostly in the European market.
Work remotely or hybrid work in an office in Berlin, help with getting Blaue Karte EU (this is a special residence permit for people with higher education who intend to live and work in Germany as qualified specialists).
The main goal is to establish strong relationships with future customers and provide key insights on how Hybe can solve customers’ problems.
You are a self-starter with a “get things done” mentality. Always searching for new leads, focusing on improving the process, or doing research and learning to constantly keep growing. Besides growing the company with new customers, you will also build, manage and grow customer relationships, and get familiar with all peculiarities of a mobile performance market.

We’ve launched our first customer in Feb 2021 and it took us 1.5 years to become sustainably profitable. Currently, we have over 35 active customers in our portfolio and extending our sales team to fuel that growth.

CRM Pipedrive, where requests from the site are automatically received, notes and comments after meetings and conferences are entered into Hints.
The knowledge base is stored in Notion and on Google Disk, working communication is carried out in Telegram.
Superhuman is used to send emails at will.
About team:
Now the team has two sales managers, one of them is in Moscow, the second is in India.
We plan to hire 2 or 3 new specialists in the team from the middle to team lead level.

Salary range:
Fixed part and percentage of sales without limits. Fair, above-market rate salaries. We are ready to discuss any salary expectations in the context of your professional expertise.
