As a Country Manager for Tamatem in China, you will grow Tamatem’s footprint in China through establishing strong relationships with local game development studios with the aim to publish their games in the Middle East and other regions
Your role within Tamatem’s world will include:
Strategic initiatives
1. Set strategies and action plans to build partnerships with potential game developers and studios in China
2. Identify and pursue opportunities to drive a sustainable revenue growth of potential partnerships
3. Define and clearly communicate opportunities to the senior leadership team
4. Collaborate with relevant team members to define, pursue, and oversee implementation of initiatives
Networking & Brand Building
1. Build strong cross-functional relationships and maintain continuous levels of engagement with external stakeholders
2. Manage and strengthen the network through a continuous engagement
3. Leverage relationships with external stakeholders to represent Tamatem at gaming events, conferences, TV and social media platforms
4. Curate suitable and efficient pitch decks to be presented in external business meetings based on the need and purpose
Business Development
1. Research the market, identify prospective business opportunities by reaching out to potential partners with profitable business deals and partnerships in alignment with the company’s overall growth plan
2. Collaborate with Tamatem’s internal teams on creation of targeted pitch decks to support business development activities
PMO & Business Agreements
1. Define, communicate, negotiate, and suggest edits to the business agreements with 3rd parties
2. Manage the contracting process between Tamatem and third parties
You Have:
– Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field – Master’s degree in Business Administration would be a plus.
– 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Partnerships Management in an environment with focus in gaming industry, ad aggregators, payment aggregators (with direct exposure to gaming) or similar
