Tasks:
- Design and calculate the game’s economy from scratch (balance of features, levels, prices, level locations)
- Design and develop the offers and discounts system
- Design and calculate the balance of side events
- Participate in planning and preparing the product roadmap
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a game designer
- Experience calculating balance for major features or games entirely
- A portfolio of successful midcore or casual projects
- Knowledge of the mobile game market and development trends in the market
- Experience using analytical systems
Would be nice:
- Experience calculating game balance in an idler/strategy/tycoon genre game
Expected result:
- Calculate balance independently in due time
- Achieve the project’s metrics goals at the soft launch stage
