Responsibilities
· Defining the vision of the product(s)
· Manage the product(s) backlog
· Prioritizing features and oversee development stages
· Actively involved in mitigating risk to successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
· Working with Project Managers on feature delivery processes & proposing improved workflows
· Working with team developers and QA to identify cost / development options and risks
· Identifying dependencies and champions the delivery of those requirements across teams
· Interacting with various teams involved in product development
· Researching and analyzing market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
· Following competitors and the industry
Profile
· Experience as Product Manager, Product Owner or Business Analyst in an Agile environment;
· Knowledge of Agile / Scrum;
· Able to write and analyze user stories, epics;
· Knowledge of every steps of a Project;
· Able to identify the business needs and challenge them if needed;
· Good analytical mind;
· Excellent listening skills;
· Able to take decisions and own them.
