WN Talents is in search of a  Tech Lead Data Engineer for a client.

About  role

We’re looking for an experienced Tech Lead Data Engineer to lead our Forecasting Team and drive the evolution of our revenue prediction system. This is a key role: you won’t just manage the process – you’ll shape critical decisions that directly impact the company’s revenue and strategy.

What is this system, and what problems does it solve?

– Forecasting revenue and LTV over the entire user lifecycle in the game
– Assessing the impact of marketing and product changes on key business metrics, revenue, and LTV
– Providing early warnings about changes in internal or external factors affecting the marketing performance of newly acquired users
– Monitoring forecast accuracy across short- and long-term user lifecycle stages

What you`ll be doing
– Leading and managing the team responsible for this mission-critical product
– Creating and maintaining the product roadmap in close collaboration with stakeholders and the engineering team
– Overseeing the forecasting team (analysts, ML engineers, developers)
– Deep-diving into analytics, cohorts, and budgets to deliver well-formulated, meaningful tasks to the technical team based on real business needs
– Gathering and refining requirements, decomposing tasks, and ensuring high-quality delivery

We hope that you

– Have experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Tech Lead in data/BI/ML-related projects
– Know how to work with business stakeholders: clearly understand the request, structure it, and translate it into actionable requirements for the team
– Are proactive and self-driven: you don’t wait for direction—you identify problems, dig into the details, and propose solutions
– Are confident working hands-on: you can independently analyze data, validate hypotheses, identify problems, and suggest solutions
– Understand marketing analytics: you’re familiar with CPI, LTV, retention, budgeting, and how changes affect unit economics
– Think systemically, can prioritize effectively, and know how to build and communicate an action plan to the team
– Have experience managing a technical team and know how to maintain focus and efficiency
– Hold a relevant higher education degree (in technical, economic, or financial fields)
