Playkot is a growing international game development company. We develop and publish games. Our headquarters are in Cyprus, our second largest office is in Serbia, and our distributed team connects from 25 countries.
Age of Magic in numbers: 5 years of operating, 50% of the company’s revenue and millions of players around the world. Behind these numbers is a midcore fantasy battler with a complex economy and a well-developed universe, with a huge number of story branches and game modes.
The team plans to at least double these results! To do this, we need a powerful Game Designer who is ready to take responsibility for creating large LiveOps features. Our ideal candidate is a strong feature owner, deeply immersed in the industry, with a proven track record of developing engaging, performance-based gaming experiences. You have to come up with well thought-out events, closely interact with the team and, of course, be responsible for the result!

What we’ll entrust you with
- Development of new and improvement of existing LiveOps features: events, passes, offers, etc.
- Independent management of features/events from concept to implementation.
- Active work with analytics at all stages of development.
- Continuous iterative development of features.
- Generating new ideas together with the team.
Our ideal candidate
- Worked as a game designer for at least 3 years.
- Has experience working with the product at the operating stage: creating game events, working out balance and monetization for LiveOps activities.
- Understands the principles of game economics and works with metrics.
- Applies a product-driven approach, knows how to formulate, calculate and implement a cool gaming experience.
- Loves games and has a high level of visual experience.
- Speaks Russian fluently.
