Our client – an international game development company that strives to introduce the joy of core gaming experiences to casual players.
They are looking for a strong Stream Product Owner to join the team and work on Start (FTUE) for our flagship project – the mobile RPG battler.
What you’ll do:
- Own the full early player journey — from the first launch to conversion into core loops. Define and execute the vision for the Start (FTUE) stream, shaping the onboarding flow, testing hypotheses, and ensuring a smooth, engaging “from ad to habit” experience.
- Drive business growth through data-informed decisions: owning activation, retention, and conversion metrics.
- Lead a cross-functional team of game designers, analysts, developers — building clear priorities, transparent processes, and a creative, high-energy environment.
- Partner closely with UA, creative, and other product streams to ensure a consistent player experience and a strong connection between marketing, onboarding, and long-term engagement.

- Strong gaming experience and love for the games.
- Experience in midcore or mixed genres.
- Proven track record of successful launches (in numbers).
- Ability to develop a vision and implement a strategy.
- Experience managing a team of diverse skill sets.
- Product orientation (focus on user experience).
- Experience making decisions and taking responsibility for them.
