Genesis is a full-service international IT company. More than 1,500 people in five countries create products for more than 200 million unique monthly users. OBRIO is a fast-growing project that currently has two apps in its portfolio. Our monthly audience is more than 1 mln. Nebula app is 2nd ranked app among the most popular Lifestyle apps in the USA.
We are a highly-ambitious and business-driven group of experts. Therefore we plan to expand our product line with several more applications including creating a casual game. We are looking for a strong Game Economy Designer to create a new product in this niche.
We are just starting to build the direction of games so there is an opportunity to stay at the origins of building a great success story. We love our users and are willing to build a long-lasting game. We promise maximum freedom of action. We make it possible to significantly influence the product (to offer our ideas for product improvements and implement them) and grow with the team.
Your impact:
- Calculation of the economic model in the game (expenditure and income of the game currency, complexity curve)
- Calculation of balance for different cohorts of players
- Calculation of balance for game events and time offers
About you:
- At least 6 months of experience with game economy
- Excellent knowledge of mathematics, statistics, probability theory, combinatorial theory, game theory
- Experience as a game-designer with casual mobile games
- Understanding the specifics of casual mobile games
- Perfect knowledge of Google Sheets
Nice to have:
- Experience with Unity
- Experience of working with analytics
- Experience in running A/B tests
