Responsibilities
- Management of projects’ and supporting tools’ development
- Hiring specialists and building a developers’ team
- Distribution of tasks, assessment of deadlines, operational planning of the department’s tasks
- Compliance management, and supervision of architecture and code quality
Requirements
- 1+ year of working experience in a leadership role
- Experience in developing mobile games using Unity (1 released product)
- Strong knowledge of C# and runtime
- Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with others
- Ability to set well-defined goals
- Understanding of architectural and design patterns
Will be a plus:
- Awareness of back-end servers
- Knowledge of English (intermediate level)
- Experience with native mobile development
