Must be a highly skilled Animator who is passionate about animation and video games
To collaborate with the Animation Director to ensure that animation content meets the expectations of quality, consistency, and style
Have accomplished observational skills coupled with a strong understanding of weight distribution and pacing/timing
3+ years of experience working as an Animator in the film/games industry
Be able to demonstrate and excel at realistic keyframed character animation
Accomplished knowledge of current animation techniques and 3rd party animation Software (Maya and Motion Builder)
Experience working with and creatively manipulating motion capture.
Good communication skills and experience working in a team environment
A desire to push animation in video games to new levels of believability
Desired Qualifications
Experience working with additive, partial and layered animation systems
A good knowledge of setting up/working with animation state machines and blend trees
Basic understanding of rigging and scripting
Experience working with quadrupeds
At least one Film or AAA titles released
