Resonsibilities
Liaise with staff, suppliers, deliveries, and clients
Liaise with the studio’s local accountant, insurance, bank, and lawyer
Organise meetings and schedule onsite interviews
Manage databases, personnel records, time sheets, and payroll
Book travel, transport, and accommodation
Organise company events and conferences
Order office supplies and furniture
Handle external correspondence, guest visits, and queries
Prepare letters, presentations, and reports
Ensure that company and studio policies are followed and up to date
Ensure that the office space is clean and organised
Assist with onboarding new employees
Requirements
Fluent in both English and Malay
Expert at using G-Suite (Gmail, Gcal, Gsheets, etc)
Experience with scheduling. budgeting, payroll, invoicing, and booking travel
Ability to reliably multi-task and quickly adapt to any situation
Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
Exceptional organisational and problem solving skills
