Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Publisher Onboarding Specialist to join the team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of proven expertise in ad monetization within the mobile gaming industry. They will possess a strong network within the mobile gaming community and a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices. This role will be instrumental in expanding our publisher network.
The candidate can be based anywhere in the EU and must be willing to travel for conferences and events.
Responsibilities:
Utilize industry knowledge and network to identify and onboard new publishers for the Appbroda Marketplace division.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within mobile gaming companies to facilitate partnership opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling pitches and presentations for potential publishers.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to publishers throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless integration of our services.
Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to inform strategy and decision-making.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in ad monetization within the mobile gaming industry.
Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with mobile gaming companies.
Strong understanding of ad tech ecosystem, including mediation platforms, ad networks, and programmatic advertising.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills are advantageous.
Willingness to travel within the designated regions as required.
