WN Talents is looking for  a Senior Gameplay designer  for a partner company on a new mobile mid-core project.
 
Our client is a mobile game development company established in 2018 which is proud of its diverse and talented team and partners working in the UK, Cyprus, the Netherlands and other regions of the world.

Requirements:

       Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience working as a game designer on mobile projects;
  • Experience with the MOBA genre (preferred);
  • Knowledge of the Unity game engine;

    Skills:

  • Ability to deeply decompose mechanics of reference products;
  • End-to-end feature ownership. Ability to manage a mechanic from concept proposal to deep testing;
  • Structured and phased development approaches
  • Ability to take responsibility;
  • Ability to visualize ideas in mockups and concepts;
  • Ability to differentiate between important and unimportant elements.

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of game genres, particularly MOBA;
  • Understanding of player archetypes and motivations;
  • High level of experience with mid-core projects, PC/Console projects. 

Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of game design;
  • Creation of game mechanics and systems;
  • Balancing the game and conducting playtests;
  • Participation in game design development with other team members;
  • Creation of game design documentation.

    This vacancy involves mandatory relocation from Russia and Belarus with the possibility of working in one of our offices in Armenia and Cyprus, or remotely from other countries (except the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus).
