Talents in Games is in search of a User Acquisition Manager / Performance Marketing Manager for our client – a game studio headquarted in Greece.
Established in 2015, our client delivers classic and engaging mobile games. They nurture a creative, explorative, and learning-focused environment. With a growing portfolio of 15+ games and a dedicated team of over 35 experts, they celebrate the accomplishments that drive us forward.

As User Acquisition Manager / Performance Marketing Manager, you will design, execute, and optimize mobile customer acquisition campaigns, working closely with the portfolio of engaging card and board games and reaching out to hundreds of thousands of players worldwide.
Your Role:
Develop, manage, and scale customer acquisition campaigns across various mobile channels such as Facebook, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Unity, AppLovin, and others.
Oversee the creative ad process – from concept development to testing.
Build data-driven acquisition strategies to attract the right players for our games.
Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to ensure campaign strategies align with our business goals.
Assist with and participate in App Store Optimization (ASO) efforts for assigned titles.
Use your analytical skills to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
Discover and apply new targeting methods and tools to efficiently acquire users.
What We’re Looking for:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a user acquisition or performance marketing role.
Bonus points for experience in mobile marketing.
Familiarity with managing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (like Facebook, Google Ads) with substantial budgets.
Excellent Excel skills and the ability to analyze and interpret large datasets.
Experience managing sizable budgets for product launches and ongoing operations.
Outstanding communication skills and a growth mindset.
Bonus: Experience with Appsflyer or Tableau.
