WN Talents agency is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Head of Sales for our client – in-house mobile programmatic DSP with full transparency powered by AI.
Who is our client:
It is a programmatic in-house platform for mobile apps to acquire new and re-engage existing users. With this platform, app companies leverage fair SaaS pricing and data transparency while growing internal expertise to achieve incrementally better and predictable results.
The company employs 60 people worldwide. However, the team in Berlin is autonomous.
The company is expanding its presence in Europe and the USA.
About the team:
The Sales Team in Berlin consists of 5 members;
3 BDMs

Our in-house DSP provides clients with a transparent approach to niches, strategies, and pricing. Our competitors include indirect advertising grids.
What will you do:
About you:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven success in SaaS sales; programmatic advertising ecosystem; and/or startup environment.
Minimum 2 years of experience working as Head of Sales/ Sales Team Lead
Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in German or any other European languages is a plus
Markets: Previous experience in an international/European environment is a must. Experience in opening and running sales in new markets is a plus.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of programmatic advertising, digital advertising trends, and the broader advertising technology landscape.
Familiarity with ad tech platforms, DSPs, SSPs Ad Networks, and tools commonly used in programmatic advertising-especially competitors
Team Leadership: Proven experience leading and managing a sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets. The ability to motivate sales professionals for high-performance results.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively convey complex advertising solutions. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the capacity to influence and communicate effectively at all organizational levels
Market Insight: Ability to identify market opportunities, trends, and potential clients in the programmatic advertising space. Continuously maintaining and developing your market and competitor knowledge.
Strategic Planning: Strong strategic thinking and planning skills to develop sales strategies and go-to-market plans.
Results-Oriented: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
