Talents in Games agency is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager (new business) with exceptional written and spoken English skills to identify prospects and new businesses primarily in the European and US markets for an in-house mobile programmatic DSP with full transparency powered by AI.
Who is our client:
It is a programmatic in-house platform for mobile games and other apps to acquire new and re-engage existing users. With this platform, app companies leverage fair SaaS pricing and data transparency while growing internal expertise to achieve incrementally better and predictable results.
The company is fast-growing. There are 30 people on the team.
They’ve launched the first customer in Feb 2021 and it took us 1.5 years to become sustainably profitable. Currently, they have over 35 active customers in the portfolio.
The company is expanding its presence in Europe and the USA, increasing sales, so we are looking for talented employees who offer working mobile advertising technologies as a market.
Tools that the company uses for communication and task management:
CRM Pipedrive, which automatically receives requests from the website, and where notes and comments from meetings and conferences are added to Hints.
The knowledge base is stored in Notion and on Google Drive, while day-to-day communication is carried out through Telegram.
Superhuman is used to send emails at any time.
About the team:
Currently, the sales team consists of: one person in Moscow, four in Berlin, and one in India.

Our in-house DSP provides clients with a transparent approach to niches, strategies, and pricing. Our competitors include indirect advertising grids.
Place and type of work:
The work can be done remotely or through a hybrid model, or working from the office in Berlin – Zoologischer Garten
What will you do:
In the role of Business Development Manager, you are responsible for identifying prospects and closing new businesses mostly in the European and the US market. The main goal is to establish strong relationships with future customers and provide key insights on how our platform can solve customers’ problems.
You are a self-starter with a “get things done” mentality. Always searching for new leads, focusing on improving the process, or doing research and learning to constantly keep growing. Besides growing the company with new customers, you will also build, manage and grow customer relationships, and get familiar with all peculiarities of a mobile performance market.
Represent the company, its mission, values, and achievements at industry events, trade shows, and meetings with potential clients.
Salary range:
We offer a fixed salary along with a percentage of sales (percentage of revenue) that is unlimited. We offer fair and above-market rates and are willing to discuss your salary expectations based on your professional expertise.
