Our project is engaged in promoting mobile applications on the conditions unique to the market. We are seeking Head of Accounting with an excellent command of the English language. We consider applicants with experience in working with foreign clients, good analytical skills and leadership abilities. Searching for new customers is not required.
Responsibilities:
• Supervising of the department with 3 account managers
• Controlling the maintenance and scaling of customers, searching for growth points, adding new promotion channels
• Managing the $500K/mo budgets of major direct customers of mobile application developers
• Planning monthly/quarterly monetary indicators (Spend, Revenue, Profit)
• Interacting with our sales managers and media buyers
• Informing the client on the progress of his AC, answering the client’s questions
• Working with finance: extension of contracts, invoicing, payment control
• Coordination of successful cases and customer feedback
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Head of Account Department in AC
• Excellent understanding of mobile app promotion features
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Knowledge of CPC, CPM, CTR, LTV, ROI, ARPU concepts, sales funnel
• Excellent communication skills, ability to build long-term trusting relationships with clients
• Willingness to work with clients from different time zones;
• Educational background in a technical field (preferred), analytical thinking, extreme attention to detail, ability to work in multitasking mode
