  • WN Academy — a marketplace for educational courses;

  • WN Talents — an international recruitment agency.

This position is all about WN Talents — a global recruitment agency focused on hiring top-tier talent for the game industry. We are currently looking for a Recruitment Lead to guide and grow our team.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement recruitment strategies for various roles; analyze and improve existing processes;
– Coordinate the work of recruiters, ensure hiring quality and goal achievement;
– Source and attract candidates through multiple channels (hh.ru, LinkedIn, Behance, etc.);
– Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills and experience;
– Communicate with clients to clarify requirements and define tasks for the recruiting team;
– Prepare and present analytical reports on hiring progress and closed positions;
– Train and mentor the recruiting team, supporting their professional growth;
– Manage the offer process and provide candidate support throughout all stages, including onboarding and probation.

– Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team of recruiters;
– Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills;
– High level of organization and ability to manage multiple priorities;
– Passion for continuous learning and staying current in recruitment best practices;
– Motivation to work in a fast-paced, innovative, and global environment;
– Good command of English (spoken and written).
